Coreton, that is false. I'm not going to debate this on a public message board to give Rontan arguments for appeal. I will just say there are thousands of instances of case law that default judgment should be relieved when the court believes the case in winnable. I'll stop there. There is a strong and dominating inference to decide cases on the merits and not on default.
