I was under the impression the company had already qualified for Up-listing - and - I think there may be Legal Precedence to argue in favor of the Company (WDLF) that they would have legally, qualified for Up-listing to OTCQB - had there not been a delay in the OTCMARKETS Processing - due to COVID !
As for a Company Valuation, Ken has already addressed that, and will probably be mentioned again in the next Podcast !
