This is one of the many reasons the up-listing to Nasdaq NEVER OCCURED. I have a belief that Nader/Kelly don't want to be on the Nasdaq. I don't think they want the transparency nor to have independent directors dictating their salary and comp. I truly believe they would rather be on OTC and have it their way with no oversight.
