Company needs to update shareholders on intentions and future.
Custodianship Play? I know one investor told me they asked George Sharp to look ECEZ but really that don’t mean anything. If anything, I think if anyone tried it would end up like RETC since this is a real company and a custodianship would likely be denied. But at-least it would force the hand of ECEZ to go current or update shareholders. I think that is nearly not even in the realm of possibility for a custodianship play, but I know the one investor who mentioned that he thought it was possible. I dont think George Sharp wants to go down that road again after a lose of RETC for trying to take over a company shell that actually had operations.
