I touch base with a handful of the small group of shareholders from time to time, and they then in turn talk to some of the others.

I would describe the general sentiment among these fine men and women as follows:

1) no one doubts that ERHC is heavily shorted.

2) we are all adamantly resolute about not selling our shares to the shorts. It's like a "good cause" at this point.

3) everyone seems confident that everything will work out absolutely great with Total. Many see the JDZ + EEZ + Total as a match made in heaven which was meant to be. A Total no brainer. What the price will be is the question mark... but of course it'll be many orders of magnitude bigger from here. It's totally inevitable.

4) longs also trust management over this silence, because it is for good reason. There's reason why Total wanted everything redacted. The case is over and Kosmos has likely backed down.

5) no one fears revocation, we know what we have.

That's my takeaway. Any longterm shareholders out there who disagree or have anything less than confidence or have anxiety?

I think we're solid.
