Nothing up here but manipulation and ignorance.

I wish somebody would give the CEO the $10,000 he's been panhandling for so he can file the missing financial statements and investors can see how worthless this company is. Of course, the manipulators and the ignorant won't read those statements.

That's the only thing stopping the CEO from filing those statements - he's been saying he's "working on them" since December -- LLBO simply doesn't have $10,000 to pay for the delinquent filings. LLBO doesn't even have $2000 to reinstate the REVOKED corporation in Nevada. But that's nothing new... this CEO and his wife and friends have let a dozen corporations in Nevada crumble into dust.
