I agree, those would be the numbers for the full version PrintRite3D. Most copies sold each month for SGLB should/would be PrintRite3D Lite or similar (even MR believes that or he wouldn’t have had them create a lite version). Putting the numbers at around 500k-600k a month, or 6-8 million a year. (Expecting there would be a copy or two of the full version sold a month, in place of a couple of copies of lite). Also, companies who buy software, do not expect to pay full price for it, so we would also need to take in account at least a 10% discount on a single copy, or more for 2 or more copies. IMO, The business is in its 11th year, Version 7 of its software, and has 6+ sales persons. I don’t think it is unreasonable to ask them to produce the numbers listed above. Those type of sales/numbers would also be easy to put our validation at 9 or 10 times, which matches nicely with our current validation, making that validation sustainable.

It depends on which version of the product software they're selling. I believe most of the interest at the moment is for their lighter version of the software.
