I think your 2 to 3 life cycles is conservative, could be 4. I think they are most likely trying to do things the VN COVID adj'ed way AND use the new equipment. They had to know of the potential of this problem going on... as they have part, or THE solution again, in the PR.
I would guess 350 kilos by now. That is enough to make a good sized delivery. How fast that happens depends on Vietnam. I think they can get fiber through checkpoints faster than unprocessed cocoons. I(we) am a little blind with not knowing the equipment, but I think that would be the goal. I thought they were going to deliver some to a Polartec already, and they still might be able to do that. Kim won't PR until it arrives, not that they shipped it to a customer. Pushing my timeline back a bit, maybe 2 more weeks....but again that is a guess as to how things are on the ground in Vietnam. Someone else will have a far more negative view no doubt, but this is me indulging you with speculation.
