They are offering 1/2 a common share, currently trading at 11.98 (for a full share) for a Preferred stock (RHE.PR.A) with a $25 liquidation value and about $13.12 per share in owed interest. If the price doesn't go down after adding 1,405,768 new common shares you're getting less than $6 for $38.12 of value.
