I like the fact it's SEC Registered and TA Verified.

Very nice SS with an O/S of only 20MM.

Active with the NV SOS so not abandoned. That most likely takes the custodian angle out of the picture.

Who knows if he will put it to use or allow it go Grey at the end of September.
