All that is true but what about ANP? What did Sorrento see that makes it worth the price. A lot of action within Sorrento after they entered into a binding term sheet including the Sorrento Diagnostics Division. ANP will be helping SRNE to manufacture Covid test kits...as well as others. The babble is that ANP will add $100M+ to Sorrento before the end of 2021. Perhaps more important is the stature this Trifecta will give when BARDA and DARPA acknowledge Sorrento's accomplishments.

So many arrows and so little time for the shorts to hide...the squeeze, the EUA, the approvals, the partnerships...
