Agreed. I saw that big drop this morning i was worried they may have posted a roster of ugly strippers or something.

Probably just decided to write themselves some more of our money at the .10 price.

behind as crap but technically like 2 months since the first week of April. Spencer's habitual issues aside I saw a post the other week I mentioned in another comment on here that said someone called OTC/SEC and they said they were roughly 8 weeks behind on filings that had been submitted. I have no clue to how valid the statement was but made it seem like they could have submitted everything and it would be 8 weeks before submissions was posted or even acknowledged. Not saying I have any faith in spencer or anything but I do have 100% faith in any goverment or regulatory agency getting behind with paperwork and messing things up when the new regs came out.
