Typically there is a rally (fake monster rally) to price funding/share printing to start a phase III FDA trial, like 5-10X, then they print new shares at 1/2 off the high, put a pile of cash in the company bank that gets ate and bleeds the stock price for several years in the Phase III trials. Cash burn of the Phase III.
