What Mariner is saying is that it might actually be easier for Frank to "get off the fence" and actually launch the company rather than face allegations and possibly huge litigation fees, fines, and what have you. That it may be the easiest route by following through with what he started. Since we really don't know what Frank has in mind other than what he has stated, facts aren't available other than historical which is what J Hollen and the rest of the long timers have had no choice but to go by. It all goes back to "wait and see" which is what we will all do regardless of what sentiments we have and post in regards to this stock. I personally hope for the best but realize that it could be a pipe dream. But Ive seen stocks trading for forty go to pennies as well, so if you are going to have a dream, make it a cheap one.
