Why not? If a ponzi cryptos based on hot air can be thousands and bitcoin lovers see a million, any real and profitable entity can surely see a million.
If GSEs went to a million housing would stabilize the world economy, no risk of illiquidity, GSEs could shoulder any and all recessions.
