Definitely... especially since this situation has been going on for 12+ years. The ones that are holding have been in this for a long time and won't be selling. The amount of shares available for trade will be too little IMO.

My guess is that People in a couple of days after Supreme Court ruling may flood into this and may sky rocket this.
