You are correct. The judge in the original hearing ruled against Sebastian. If I remember correctly his shares were returned to the treasury. This has no bearing on the CE in my opinion. The silence lately has been eerie.
If you recall from the recent videos Jake spoke about a partnership, a new product line, and a Registration of the shares. Thy are working hard behind the scenes. I believe this all comes to light soon before the next market holiday. Jake has been silent for a reason. It’s CLOSE. VERY close in my opinion. I hope to see an 8k this month
