I honestly think SEC and DTC hopes 801 clears this problem....it should trigger the appropriate margin calls to actually start squeeze...If not I think they will drop 005 to avoid AMC from taking DTC to court.
I want to hear AA mention legal recourse tomorrow in Trey interview...there is without a doubt a cognizant complaint against DTCC and their $63 Trillion insurance policy.
If all is said and done and AMC gets ripped off IMO we have a case against DTCC in a class action Retail v. DTCC counterfeit shares not properly prevented or regulated after noticing. Pretty much we claim we kill the whole US stock market mojo with TRUTH...NOT A FREE MARKET.
