I may be interpreting the requirements incorrectly, but from what I wrote to you before it seems that at the time OTCMARKETS is ready to approve the uplist, the stock at that moment can’t be below .01.
You are correct. However you do have to maintain a closing price above .01 You do have a grace period. They took their $10 or $15,000 for the cost to uplist and then it crashes below .01. Seen it before. Hope not I still own 3,100,000 shares but becoming less and less confident here. JMHO
