Unfortunately, if the CEO fires himself, he has a fantastic golden parachute. The agreement he gave himself ensures that he will get $600K in "severance pay", and over $117K per year for working only 6 hours per month. In addition, him and his wife will also receive health insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and a whole slew of other benefits.

And all of that will be at the expense of shareholders...
