Yes Sir it would impact the rsi in different time frames. But I'm looking at the 1 min to the 30 Min's charts & rsi's. in most cases.

When to Use a Longer RSI Time frame

Longer time frames work in an opposite manner to the shorter time frames. An RSI with 20 periods or more will have fewer signals for traders to use. However, these signals are much more reliable and indicate overbought/oversold commodities much more accurately.
