I live in a one family house neighborhood

I would have no problem with the next logical step - parking included three story condos

And on Broadway and Clark and other major roads - they are going 5-8 stories on the corners with mixed use

Sorry no section 8 that I see

But if section 8 s the same as it was 40-50 years ago - I welcome a set aside for x years (25 I think) of 15% for working people who then can use some assistance

no way to thin down massive wealth inequality (99% of us on one side) with out the 1% giving up something
no real way to super thin down wealth inequality if the next say 4 - 5 % from the top do not have to pay more tax somehow - but in proportion to the increase for the 1%
no real way to solve the problem of insufficient middle middle class housing that is affordable than sharing blocks in an urban environment

what is wrong with that ----- best I can tell it over the long term it enriches the city too . The building across where I used to rent a one bedroom was Section 8 when I was there around 1980. Then in 2000 the time frame for set aside ended - and private money came in - and created 100 condos ---- very suitable or middle middle working class

remember - I love free markets and capitalism to create wealth but since we have had income redistribution in one direction only since RR --- it is time to have some 40 years of a shift the other way

I fear - not doing so - in smart ways !! ---- can lead to a country that will have serious difficulty avoiding idolatry and anarchy and worse - summary - democracy requires a lot of equal opportunity and some helping hand (mostly TEACHING to fish --- like adding one year to the beginning of school and two to the back end after high school - to reflect the changes in the last 80++ years since the model we use for free public school came into existence ----- why is a tax based better education system - longer for more complex world liberal (let alone socialist) ? To me it is the Republican party of the 1950s
