12/31/19 share price is $1.59.
12/31/20 share price is $8.19.

I am looking forward to 12/31/21 if the company is not bought out.

that's not the definition of a scam...a scam is a company promoting itself with false ongoing operations...everything has been made public, CRIS share price has gone up...profits could be much better by holding...its kinda obvious after looking at the chart after the panic sale...DOH...I DON'
T OWN ANYMORE SHARES so how can I take my profits ??? WOW!!! BUT I coulda had MUCH MORE profits by holding...scared $$$ never makes $$$...

You post on multiple bitoech boards, so you must know how they operate. CRIS, like so many other small biotechs, is in the clinical stage only. THEY HAVE NO SALES TO SPEAK OF. How can they possibly run clinical trials, pay salaries, keep the lights on, pay the rent, etc without bringing in some money. I don't know of a single small clinical stage biotech that hasn't done at least one offering of stock in order to bring in needed cash. They ALL do it, because they have to.

Now, CRIS executed their offering perfectly. They sold shares AFTER the huge run-up in price. The dilution would have been far worse if an offering was done at $1.00 a share. But that would have been necessary if the stock hadn't spiked on the good data, and everyone would know it's part of being a small biotech. If you think this is a scam, then now I understand why you call so many biotechs scams on iHub. Honestly, I think biotech investing is not for you. Or at least not small biotechs that don't have a product to sell. Everyone else expects to see some dilution, so the company we're investing in can run their clinical trials. And survive
