IMO they need to do a few things between now and next meeting to get the price moving upward. If they can get another big contract and/or partnership, that would help. Plus there is always looming federal legalization.
Otherwise this stock is unfortunately fairly stagnant and tends to start drifting downwards. We need regular steps forward that translate into upward movement and momentum towards their stated goals.
I have held this stock for about 6 years or so, and have continued to accumulate over the years, while mostly being underwater. I have had a few chances to bail on pops but haven’t done it as my eye has always been on the long term prize of at least $1. I still believe it is possible with the right series of events, but does get frustrating at times. Patience....
