Abusive naked sellers are criminal and do not borrow shares unless forced to do so. New rules and regulations taking effect soon should make it much riskier for them. They look at paying fines as.a cost of doing business. Time will tell all. GME and AMC are turning the tables and it will be interesting to follow imho.
