I was loving what I was reading until I got to that part. Once cent PER SHARE??? doesn't work so hot for a stock prices at a penny. Could be useful for other things though, so I'm opening an account anyway

"the maximum commission charge doesn’t exceed 5% of the value of the trade." still expensive though, for smaller blocks it's okay, better then not being able to buy at all.
