On May 18, 2021, The Defendants filed a Motion to Set Aside Foreign Default Judgment, or in the Alternative, to Modify the Judgment and for Stay of Execution Pending Ruling on Such Motions (the “Motion”). On May 21, 2021, Plaintiff filed his response to the Motion and a brief in support thereof (collectively the “Response”). On June 9, 2021, at 9 O’clock a.m., the Court will conduct a hearing on the Motion and the Response.
