Slash, were is the substance?

Traditional corporate charters require fiduciaries to advance stakeholder benefit in terms of financial capital alone. We believe that such concepts are antiquated and out of touch with the realities of our time.

This is what we get from the new management, a bunch of mumbo-jumble. At least the article was grounded on Earth; not Mars.

Open question to GERS employees:
Who drives a vehicle that uses E85 fuel or Bio Diesel? Paper in lieu of plastic?

Ethanol reuses carbon. Bio Diesel and Ethanol are not manufactured from hydrocarbons that are mined from the Earth. Paper is not manufactured from hydrocarbons.

I trust the GERS management is professing this mantra to the politicians that support Save the Earth.

Where are the Financials?

On March 1st, Kevin filed Articles of Incorporation for a new Public Benefit Corporation. I have no objection to this as long as the corporate assets of the Greenshift Corporation are untouched. Kevin can "preside" over one bake sale every week in every county in the country so that people can line up to hug a tree in Kevin's back yard.

However, if any of Greenshift's financial assets are diverted to any tree-hugging organizations, I will consider that money transfer to be a breach of Greenshit's enforceable Fiduciary Duty to me as a stockholder. It could even be a crime under Nevada state law.
