If the PP is cancelled or its provisions altered to the satisfaction of ALL the shareholders and McBride is prohibited to interfere with SEVU by Court Order - his shares could possibly be put in a Court controlled Trust, with NO voting power - I still see a decent future for SEVU, as George and Co should have learned a salutory lesson on the way:
