Is he going out of his way to avoid saying anything that matters? We already know they're blinded and that the timeline is uncertain. Why can't/won't he state approximately where in the process they are? Still in ICON data analysis & CSR creation? Or, already with the other 3rd party for the 'double check'? Does that info actually help us? Not exactly, but IMO it's a reasonable update to expect.
Is it not a good enough reason that his investors would appreciate the info? The latest type of useful update we received was finding out after 1 year that it'll take longer than us outsiders realized it would take due to a double-check being part of the process. Ok, fine... how about following that up with some info about whether we're IN that stage yet, or not? Is there some problem with giving that type of info? What am I missing? No, nobody knows the exact end date. Fine. Yes, they're blinded to the actual results. We know all of that already. Is ICON done yet or not? Just say it. Good grief.
Edit: To explain my viewpoint on this, I think it's a reasonable expectation because of the fact that even HE didn't think it would take this long. His own words. Maybe he didn't understand all the logistics involved, plus Covid etc, that's all fine. This is his first time handling such things, Ok fine. But, it's just common sense to realize that his words can be used for expectations & investment. So, he was wrong about data being here by June... again, that's fine. However, IMO he should tell us where in the process we are due to that arbitrary deadline he chose to comment on several months ago having come and gone.
