That was exactly my thought Niceguy. Except may be cheaper and easier for them to just buy the company. If Google's tech really is infringing on SleepX's IP, I am sure Google would want to keep the tech away from others. Compelling reason to get the merger done, also that we don't want Google playing any shenanigans with SleepX prior to the merger being complete.
Brings another element of interest to this ticker, for sure.
