In order for custodianship to be granted, management has to have failed their fiduciary duties and the request would have been transmitted from a court to the management. Failure to respond from management would have resulted in such a custodianship being granted. Obviously, we are here, we haven’t failed to act as new management to our fiduciary’s duties and in point of fact, presented that we are restructuring the Company. Also, when the request was done for Custodianship, as soon as they saw we are an active company, they withdrew their request.
