LOL! In my survey, the "average" American thinks Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac make loans so people can buy homes.

Most all people I breach the subject with give me a blank stare. The less people know and are informed about something, the less they care, and this is because we have as a majority, a very lazy population.

Average American? If you asked the average member of Congress what FNMA does and what has been done to them you'd get the same answer.
