On May 12, 2021, Verde Bio Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it had entered into an agreement for the purchase of certain mineral and royalty interests (“Acquisition”) with a private seller whereby the Company purchased various mineral and oil and gas royalty interests in exchange $1,097,000 in cash, (“Purchase Price”). The acquisition closed on May 18, 2021, with the effective date of the acquisitions on May 1, 2021.

Verde continues to build a diversified, revenue-producing portfolio of high-quality assets. Today’s announcement brings the total number of acquisitions to 15. The current expected combined revenue from the acquisitions is approximately $82,000 per month or approximately $984,000 on an annualized basis once Verde is in pay status on all properties.
