Market cap is calculated on O/S, not A/S. MZEIQ is worthless right now. It was liquidated in Chapter 7 bankruptcy and shut down with $3.1M of attached debt. Once those creditors get wind of this scam, they’re going to present their claims to any new enterprise for payment.
