You need to be a shareholder by close on June 2nd and your shares will be counted whether they are real or not. This helps build a fraud case against the Hedge Funds and gives the SEC an accurate number of shares that need to be bought back.

supposedly CEO AA will give an interview with Treys Trade in the coming wk. and reveal the vote count or give info regarding the first vote count . June 2 AMC will be sending out a new proxy to vote on

Howdy. Can someone engage me in a discussion about the June 2 share count? Lots of misinformation out there. Just want to get an idea of how this count will “expose” the potential number of synthetic shares.
