There are four item SCOTUS has been asked to rule on. Two by Collins and two by Mnuchin. One of the rulings requested by Mnuchin is the anti-injunction clause. The second is the succession clause. Since SCOTUS accepted the case and heard it, I doubt (ATTN: Carlos) they won’t rule on each of the four items.

I always felt Mnuchin did shareholders a huge favor when he filed his petition. I am now convinced after listening to Craig Phillips.

The resumption of the NWS after the corporations are capitalized is a blatant violation of the Enbanc ruling. Yet, it’s there in the January amendment letter. Treasury sent a copy to SCOTUS as a reminder that if SCOTUS doesn’t rule correctly on those two items, there will be no limit to government overreach.
