I will say there are other companies that have had to do same, by no fault of their own.

They released a PR on reasons for terminating the audit. The company leadership changed and they renewed focus on acquiring mining assets and becoming operational. These are major initiatives requiring extensive analysis, due diligence, and ultimately capital expenditures in the multi-millions. To continue the audit under these circumstance was not prudent and distracted from priorities. The auditor was also getting constant harassment from investors and not abiding with non-discloser agreements. AABB will not remain a penny stock and will be audited and up-listed in due time.
