2 billion AS is small. KPAY was at 35 Billion which was raised to 50 Billion AS. That's when you have to worry about mass dilution by a company. Most Carry around 5 Billion AS. So, I'm perfectly ok with 2 Billion AS, makes it a small float. Higher volatility, but much higher potential with the right Reverse Merger (Provided the first part goes through and custodianship gets awarded).
