That is so easy to prove a lie. In Mid December, 2019 the shares had a low of 33 cents. CYDY PR the HIV partner and expected future BLA which would raise a very large number of millions. I recall around 80,000,000$ but I am not certain
Jan, 2020 the shares were bouncing around 1$ moving in huge %%% swings.

Hitting 10.01$ on June 30, 2020. The Great Robbery day
It has been proven that a group of stock price riggers acted as a group (thats illegal normal persons). That group even had dummies bragging about the coming day of judgement, June 30. Its been printed.
Nader's PRs brought this puppy to about 3$. Thats when the illegal group or syndicate rigged CYDY buying millions and then shorting millions of shares. 3$ to 10.01$ and slamed down to the mid 4$ range in what I thought was 16 minutes.

The author of that fake paper / report wrote and published excatly the following. Note to Nader. Print this and hand it to your attorney.
The author wrote; By June 30th CYDY price exploded to 10.01. "That's when CYDY CEO, Nader sold millions of shares" very close to exact.
I read it twice. I could not believe some dummy would publish such a lie. Step into my office young college boy. You really blew it there.
The truth is that Nader and all the Directors sold close to 3$ a month earlier. The reason to sell was to have the warrant or option strike price help fund the company. It helped. That price and time I am certain and I am not using notes. While I forget my address, phone number, and everything else I cant forget that.
That line published by this simpleton is going to be a money maker for CYDY and Nader. That author doesnt know it yet but the dude is Bankrupt.
