SG: fff has a point about dilution, not sales, as the real moneymaker. In Jan 2004, Coor comes on board Vnet (later Rushnet). O/S is 140 Mil shs. Three years later, it's Jan 2007. O/S is 3.6+ BIL (that number recorded 11/2006).

Multiply 3.6 BIL X .0015 (conservative average market price) = $5.4 million. That's at least $1.8 Mil per year income to Rushnet from stock sales.

Rushnet is a three man outfit. How much money can the company spend in one year? Let's say a generous $600,000, at the outside. That still leaves a $3.6 Million collected from the stock market over three years or at least $1.2 million per year.

RSHN current market cap = $3.24 million.
