It is at .005 and MC must be at 35,000,000 for deal to close which is about .0065. Don't listen to the nonsense that was being spewed trying to drove stock down. Hopefully people didn't get flushed out. This will bounce back viscously. Also, part of the triton deal doesn't allow them to hold more than 10% of company. People just have to do their dd and actually read filings.
