It just has to be split out...

5% exit divvy's still on the books. on 30 Billion that is 1.5 Billion...Something like 1.3-1.4 Billion in paper to slap...

30 Million gives you 90,028,028 shares

2.5 Billion Control shares gives you 250,000,000 shares 1/2 the REIT

Leaves 1.5 Billion IPO shares to slap
