Nutra was supposed to start selling in CVS and Walgreens was in 2010 - the SEC complaint was filed in 2018 - so I find it amusing that something that happened in 2010 is blamed on the SEC.

Can you provide proof that Nutra ever sold any products in either CVS or Walgreens.
Deitsch has been living off of toxic funding and personal investments from friends - Deitsch has been a disaster as the CEO.
The O/S is out of control - Deitsch failed to provide any details about those that purchased the toxic notes - such as who, the terms and conditions of those investments.
After 19 years Deitsch is out of attempts to build a business - he has failed.
