Most jobs these days are under "at will" condition/clause. Meaning your boss can fire/dismiss/lay you for any rediculous reason or no reason at all at any time without any warning if they wish. You sign that agreement when you join up with a company. I assume J. Cramer signed that agreement. His bosses will keep him employed on the air as long as they think he can draw viewers for good/bad reasons. They simply do not care how ethical he is. We do, but that with $1 can buy you a cup of coffee at 7-Eleven. Actually its $1.68 per cup these days at 7-Eleven. So in conclusion, I agree with you. I was hopeful they would muzzle this Cramer fool by firing him. But as long as he draws viewers who are suckers they will keep this fool on air.
