I have a personal policy of not investing in stocks I am not comfortable with or do not like.

I think an equity position is better. If you want to know why they get a discount ask Bobby. Hes the one who gave this deal away instead of just selling stock to raise capital.

I am on record multiple times as saying Bobby is incompetent, and in over his head. I still believe this company will do despite his being a newb.
