No, In 10 days XSPT will come off of suspension and be moved to the grey sheets. Shortly after that the stock will be de-listed by the SEC.

It takes a lot of ignored letters from the SEC to get to where they are now.

It's all over for $XSPT.

the suspension automatically ends on 6/11. trading will resume on the grey market on 6/14. that will happen if they file or not. the sec has begun revocation hearings. this will be revoked. it's just a matter of when. it could be days or it could be months.
