We have just concluded yet another day of failure, disappointment and amateur-hour management in the world of INCT, the end result of which is a pps of $.0008!!!!!

So, what are today's excuses for failure and disgrace?

The upcoming Memorial Day weekend?

Market Makers somehow holding down the pps?

Flippers?

Short selling?

Low volume?

Profit takers?

The crisis at the U.S-Mexico Border?

Of course, we will inevitably hear that old favorite:

“Just wait until the OTC upgrades INCT to 'current' - then, oh boy, gee wiz, golly gee, olly, olly oxen free, INCT to the Mooooooooooon Babyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!”

Oh, that’s right.

The OTC previously did upgrade INCT to current AND THE PPS WENT DOWN, DOWN, DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!

But here’s another old favorite which we may hear:

“Just wait until INTC adjusts its share structure - then, oh boy, gee wiz, golly gee, olly, olly oxen free, INCT to the Mooooooooooon Babyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!”

Oh, I forgot.

INCT ANNOUNCED THAT IT HAD REDUCED ITS SHARE STRUCTURE TWO MONDAYS AGO BY 30,000,000,000 SHARES, THAT ANNOUNCEMENT TURNED OUT TO BE FLAT-OUT FALSE AND THE PPS CLOSED TODAY AT $.0008!!!!!!

SO, WHAT WILL TOMORROW'S EXCUSE FOR FAILURE AND DISGRACE BE?????

TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, THE CEO POSTED YET ANOTHER PRESS RELEASE TWO MONDAYS AGO WHICH WAS WRITTEN AT AN AMATEUR-HOUR LEVEL, WHICH WAS NOT PROOFREAD, WHICH DISGRACEFULLY DID NOT INCLUDE A POSSESSIVE APOSTROPHE IN THE WORD “COMPANY’S” AND WHICH FAILED TO EXPLAIN HOW THE COMPANY HAD ALLEGEDLY EFFECTUATED A REDUCTION OF ITS OUTSTANDING SHARES BY 30,000,000,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TO MAKE MATTERS EVEN MORE DISGRACEFUL, THE CEO POSTED YET ANOTHER POORLY-WRITTEN PRESS RELEASE LATE LAST WEEK WHICH CONTAINED THIRD-GRADE PUNCTUATION MISTAKES!!!!!

Do the CEO and COO think that INCT’s shareholders are a bunch of idiots?????????

Do the CEO and COO not realize that repeatedly sending out poorly-written slop to the public diminishes the public’s confidence in their ability to run this company and is directly reflected in a disgraceful pps?????

THE REALITY IS THAT WHILE INCT MAY HAVE SOMEWHAT REDUCED ITS OUTSTANDING SHARE STRUCTURE, INCT STILL HAS AUTHORIZED SHARES OF ONE-HUNDRED BILLION - ONE-HUNDRED BILLION!!!!!!!

UNTIL THAT SITUATION IS ADDRESSED THE LAW OF SUPPLY AND DEMAND WILL KEEP THE PPS OF INCT AT LEVELS WHICH ARE AN UNFETTERED EMBARRASSMENT!!!!!!!!!!
