It can go as high as the market wants it to go. My belief is that this is milestone is very important as there is only one left. What do you do for the next few months until the fourth milestone is reached? Day trade? What if there is a buyout? What if there is not? Do you really want to be on the sidelines? Just my opinion but I believe we creep up slowly until November. There are no other catalysts until the fourth milestone is achieved. Perhaps the manipulation, day trading and games will stop. Don't want to miss the boat, do you?
The timing of this announcement is also very important. It is directly related to HUGO and human testing starting. Titan telegraphed why they achieved the milestone. What would be the fourth milestone? Has to be ENOS and IDE. Why would Medtronic give $10 million for ENOS unless Medtronic was interested in ENOS. Unless I am missing something totally.
