I wouldn't take that bet, Sebastian is a damn criminal. This stock was down to around 50 cents, and he locked in the dilution with the reverse split, thus making himself a mulimillionaire. His excuse was so that they could stay listed, but what it really did was lock in the massive losses the early investors made based on his "$400 million" sales projections - which actually ended up being $30 million.

I will say it again; He should be in jail.
